Many blender problems can be resolved without needing a service technician. We recommend visiting our troubleshooting page here prior to completing the form below.

Back to Base Repair Process

All blender repairs are handled at our certified technician repair centres. Please note that the owner is responsible for the cost of packaging and shipping the blender to the repair centre.

Here's what you can expect once we receive your blender:

  • If the issue is covered by the warranty, we'll repair your blender and send it back to you at no additional cost
  • If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we'll provide you with a quote to repair and a payment authorisation form. Once we receive your authorisation, we'll proceed with the repair and return your blender to you promptly

We're here to help and aim to get your blender back to peak performance as quickly as possible.

To save on shipping cost, please send just the blender base - the container can rarely be repaired for less than the cost of buying a new container. If you need a new container, visit a SKOPE Stockist.
